Tin Pait is a fast Bengali strategy game of placement and sliding. Drop your three pieces, then walk them along the lines until all three stand in a row — or leave your rival with nowhere to go.
Movement phase
Players then alternate sliding one of their own pieces along a drawn line to an adjacent empty node. Jumping over another piece is never allowed.
Bengali regional mode (default)
Aligning three pieces during the drop phase does not win. You must slide at least one piece during the movement phase and finish that slide with three in a line. A player with no legal slide leaves the game drawn.
Classic / international mode
Aligning three pieces during the drop phase wins at once. A player who is completely blocked loses, and the opponent is awarded the game.
How to play
The board
A 3×3 grid of nine nodes joined by three horizontal, three vertical and two diagonal lines. The centre node reaches all eight others, each corner reaches three, and each side node reaches its two outer neighbours plus the centre.
